广西民族大学2003～2005年新生结核菌素试验结果分析

目的]了解广西民族大学新生结核菌素(PPD)试验结果,为制定高校学生结核病暴发流行防治措施提供依据。方法]对广西民族大学2003～2005年新生共11793人进行PPD试验,阴性者接种卡介苗(BCG),强阳性者登记随访,不采取预防性服药方法。结果]被调查学生中PPD试验阳性率28.65%,其中强阳性率3.39%。肺结核发病率平均为65/10万,近3年缓慢上升。结论]PPD试验是在高校新生中发现结核病的必要辅助诊断方法。根据试验结果对学生采取不同的预防措施,可有效地控制结核病在高校的传播和流行。

ANALYSIS OF PURIFIED PROTEIN DERIVATIVE (PPD) TEST AMONG FRESHMEN IN GUANGXI UNIVERSITY FOR NATIONALITIES

ObjectiveTo find out the results of Purified Protein Derivative(PPD)Test among freshmen in Guangxi University for Nationalities,to provide basis for the making measures for prevention and control against the outbreak of tuberculosis(TB)among college students.MethodsPPD Test was conducted on the 11 793 freshmen from Guangxi University for Nationalities in the years of 2003-2005.Students who showed negative reaction were vaccinated bacillus Calmette-Guerin(BCG),while those with strong positive reaction were given regular follow-up examinations without taking medicine prophylactically.ResultsOf all the tested students,the positive ones accounted for 28.65%,and the strong positive rate was 3.39%.The incidence rate of tuberculosis was 65/100 000 on average,which rised slowly in the 3 years.ConclusionsThe PPD test is a essential and helpful method to diagnose TB cases among freshmen.Taking different preventive measures according to different results of PPD test can effectively control the spread and prevalence of TB in colleges and universities.
