联合进路鼓室成型术

本文报告5例(5耳)慢性化脓性中耳乳突炎,均行联合进路鼓室成型术。术后随访3年,其中4例愈合良好,听力均有不同程度提高,最高达27dB。1例因感染再次穿孔。作者认为,只要严格掌握适应症、手术操作精细,就会获得满意疗效。文中对手术适应证和1例再穿孔的原因进行了探讨,对手术操作稍有改良。依作者之见,本术式值得在耳外科中开展。

The Combined Approaeh for Tympanoplasty

This paper was based on 5 cases (5 ears)of chronic purrullent otitismedia and mastoiditis.All these cases were treated by tympanoplastythrough a combined approach with some modification.3 years' follow-upshowed good results in 4 cases.Audiometrical improvement wasachieved in 4 cases with a maximum of 27 dB.One case failed as a resulfof reperforation of the new drum due to infection.The cause of thefailure was briefly reviewed.The authors concluded that strict selectionof the patients and good technique are the key to success.What is more,the use of double irrigation tubes after operation is beneficial to thehealing of operative wound.In one word,this method is worthyof application in otosurgery.
