| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨血清肌钙蛋白I对儿童病毒性心肌炎的诊断价值。方法 通过测定体检正常儿童及病毒性心肌炎患儿CK、和心肌肌钙蛋白 (cTnI)并作以比较。结果 30例病毒性心肌炎患儿CK、和cTnI均高于体检正常组 ,(P <0 .0 1)cTnI升高较早 ,持续时间长。结论 血清心肌肌钙蛋白I对儿童病毒性心肌炎的早期诊断具有较高的价值

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the role of the troponin I (cTnI) in serum for diagnosing the child with viral mycocarditis.Methods The CK and cTnI in serum of the healthy children and children with viral myocarditis were determined and the results were statistically conducted. Results The levels of CK and cTnI in serum of viral mycocarditis children were significantly higher than those of the healthy children (P<0.01),and the level of cTnI in serum of children with viral mycocarditis rose earlier and lasted longer than those in the healthy children.Conclusion The level of cTnI in serum has a greater value in the diagnosis of the child with viral mycocarditis. |
