| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨异位妊娠误诊的发病情况、原因及其教训。方法 :回顾分析 1996～ 2 0 0 0年我院共收治异位妊娠 2 78例的发病与误诊情况。结果 :2 78例异位妊娠中误诊病例为 12 5例 ,误诊率为 3 7.5%～ 52 .3 % ,其中将异位妊娠误诊为其他疾病的53例 ,而其他疾病误诊为异位妊娠的 72例。结论 :异位妊娠误诊原因是多方面的 ,最主要的是正确的临床思维方法 ,即基本功要扎实 ,知识面要广 ,不能过分依赖辅助检查

| Abstract: | Ob jective:To study the occurence,reason and lesson of misdiagnosis of ectopic pregnancy Methods:The occurence and misdiagnosis of 278 cases treated in this hospital from 1996 to 2000 were a nalysed Results:In 278 cases,125 cases were misdiagnosed as other diseases were misdiagnosed as ectopic pregnancy, misdiagnosis rate is 37 5%~52 3% Of 125 cases,53 cases ectopic pregnancy were misdiagnosis as other diease and 72 cases as other dieases were misdiagnosis as ectopic pregnancy Conclusion:There are many reasons for misdiagnosis of ecto pic pregnancy which covers unfirmly skillness, shortage of knowledge and relying on auxiliary diagn osis |
