创伤性颈内动脉-海绵窦瘘的介入性栓塞治疗

目的：探讨血管内栓塞治疗创伤性颈内动脉－海绵窦瘘（TCCF）的价值。方法：9例TCCF患者常规行经股动脉全脑血管造影；明确诊断后，7例行可脱性球囊栓塞瘘口，1例行患侧颈内动脉球囊闭塞，1例行机械性可脱式钨旋圈（MDS）栓塞，结果：9例患者均为高流量单侧颈内动脉型TCCF；栓塞均获成功，其中8例栓塞后保持颈内动脉通畅，另1例同侧颈内动脉栓闭，本组经血管内介入性栓塞治疗后症状和体征消失，无并发症，结论，血管内栓塞是临床治疗TCCF安全，可靠的方法。

The treatment of traumatic carotid- cavernous fistula with interventional embolization

Objective To investigate the therapeutic value of the percutaneous transluminal embolization of traumatic carotid-cavernous fistula (TCCF).?Methods Digital subtraction angiography (DSA) of cerebral arteries was carried out for the diagnosis of TCCF in 9 patients. Detachable balloon was used for intravascular embolism treatment in 8 cases, and tungsten filament microcoil was used in the other one case.?Results The 9 cases were all of high flow type in unilateral internal carotid artery (ICA) and were successfully treated by means of interventional embolization. Eight patients retained free circulation in the involved ICA after operation, and in the other one case, the ICA was closed by embolization. The symptoms and signs all disappeared in them and no complications were noticed.?Conclusion The interventional embolization is a therapy for TCCF safe and reliable.
