颅脑损伤患者并发消化道出血的观察及护理

目的探讨茂名市中医院对颅脑损伤患者并发消化道出血的观察及护理,总结经验措施。方法自2009年10月至2010年5月间,茂名市中医院共收治颅脑损伤患者198例,其中,颅脑损伤并发消化道出血患者56例。回顾性分析56例颅脑损伤并发消化道出血患者的临床资料,对其病情、时段及呕吐物、排泄物,生命体征等进行严密的观察并采取及时有效地护理措施。结果 56例患者中,脑干损伤并发消化道出血17例,脑内血肿并发消化道出血21例,硬膜下血肿并发消化道出血10例,硬膜外血肿并发消化道出血8例;在伤后7h内出现消化道出血的患者22例,在伤后14h内出现消化道出血的患者34例。56例患者经过及时有效的治疗和护理,53例痊愈出院,2例脑干重度损伤就抢救无效死亡,1例中途放弃治疗。结论严密的观察并及时有效的护理,对颅脑损伤并发消化道出血的患者至关重要。
