| 摘 要： | 目的对比分析腹腔镜手术与开腹手术治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效。方法 136例子宫肌瘤患者随机分为腹腔镜手术组(70例)和开腹手术组(66例),比较两组手术时间、术中出血量、肛门排气时间、留置导尿管时间、术后镇痛用药率、术后住院时间、术后热病率以及手术并发症等情况。结果腹腔镜手术组手术时间与开腹手术组相同(P>0.05),术中出血量、肛门排气时间、留置导尿管时间、术后住院时间、术后镇痛用药率及术后热病率均明显小于开腹手术组(P<0.01)。结论腹腔镜手术治疗子宫肌瘤具有创伤小、并发症发生率低,值得临床推广应用。
