| 摘 要： | 目的比较微创与开颅手术治疗高血压脑出血的临床效果。方法 82例高血压脑出血患者作为研究对象被分为实验组和对照组。对照组行去常规开颅手术,实验组行微创血肿清除术。结果实验组症状改善程度和术后生活质量均显著优于对照组,显示了更好的手术效果,结论两种手术方式各有其适用范围。应根据具体情况,尽量行微创颅内血肿清除术,以减轻手术对患者的创伤,促进患者术后更好的恢复。
