| 摘 要： | 目的了解新疆医院所属体检部门的独立状况、卫生人员状况,找出存在的问题,提出相应的建议,为完善相应的措施提供依据。方法采用分层抽样的方法,共抽取75家医院体检部门,进行问卷调查。结果已成立相对独立且部分服务项目分散设置于所属机构中的体检部门占70.67%,从业人员以大专学历和中级职称为主,有两名副高或以上内科或外科职称执业医师的机构占46.67%,有10名或以上注册护士的机构占22.67%,参加过健康管理师资培训班的人员均值均为2人,具有少数民族从业人员的体检机构占68.00%。结论政府应加强指导和扶持力度,合理分配卫生资源和行业监管,在加强人员引进和培训的同时,着力加大健康教育的力度,促进新疆体检行业的和谐发展。
