| 摘 要： | 目的探讨中西医结合治疗排卵功能障碍的方法及效果。方法将2009年6月至2010年12月贵港市妇幼保健院不孕不育专科门诊诊治的排卵功能障碍患者126例随机分为观察组63例(中西医结合治疗)和对照组63例(单纯西药治疗),对两组的治疗效果进行比较。结果两组的治愈率及妊娠率相比差异均具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗排卵功能障碍可以促进排卵,提高妊娠率,值得临床推广。
