| 摘 要： | 目的探讨小儿肥胖症患儿的临床治疗体会。方法对48例患儿的临床资料进行回顾性分析,通过综合治疗方案(包括去除不良饮食习惯、营养疗法及运动疗法)后将饮食情况和各项临床特征如身高、体质量、腰围等计算体质量指数(BMI)作为指标,与治疗前各项数据进行比较。结果通过治疗,总有效率达到97.92%,与治疗前比较差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论行为矫正、营养疗法及运动疗法等综合治疗,可积极的防治小儿肥胖症。
