男护士离职原因的质性研究

摘    要:目的探讨男护士离职的原因,以便采取有效的干预措施防范男护士的流失。方法采用质性研究的现象学方法,对20名离职男护士进行深入访谈,将获得的资料进行分析、整理、提炼主题。结果社会舆论和传统观念、婚姻家庭的困扰和薪金待遇低、人际环境、缺乏职业成就感和晋升机会少、科室基础设施建设不够完善和获得外部工作的可能性较大是导致医院男护士离职的原因。结论男护士离职现象比较严重,应多方面采取有效的干预措施来改变男护士的处境和现状。

Abstract:Objective To explore the reasons of male nurses'dimission and take effective measures to prevent it. Methods A qualitative research based on phenomenology was conducted. Twenty male nurses who quitted their jobs were interviewed in depth. Then the data were analyzed and extracted. Results The main reasons included public opinions and traditional views, annoyance from family and marriage, low salary, interpersonal relationship, lack of sense of achievement and chance of promotion,the incomplete infrastructure of the departments and the possibility to get other jobs. Conclusion Dimission is a serious problem among male nurses administration. We should take a variety of effective measures to change the present conditions of male nurses.
