| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨体针加穴位注射治疗缺血性脑卒中患者的临床疗效及对经颅多普勒（TCD）的影响。方法：60例缺血性脑卒中患者随机分为A、B 2组各30例,均在常规治疗基础上,B组配合体针治疗,A组体针结合当归颈夹脊穴位注射治疗。结果：治疗20d后,TCD检测病灶侧大脑前动脉（ACA）和中动脉（MCA）的平均血流速度（Vm）显示,2组均较治疗前明显上升,A组高于B组（均P〈0.05）。临床疗效比较,A组基本痊愈率及总有效率均明显高于B组（23.3%、96.7%与10.0%、83.3%,P〈0.01）。结论：体针结合穴位注射治疗缺血性脑卒中可提高临床疗效,且疗效与TCD检测的Vm呈正相关,提示TCD可作为脑卒中患者治疗前后脑供血变化的参考指标。
