| 摘 要： | 目的探讨更昔洛韦(GCV)联合黄芪对婴儿巨细胞病毒(CMV)性肝炎的疗效。方法比较30例婴儿CMV性肝炎用更昔洛韦联合黄芪治疗前后肝功能、肝脾大小变化以及CMV检测指标的转阴率。结果肝功各项指标治疗后明显好转(P<0.05),肝脾较治疗前明显缩小(P<0.05),血CMV-IgM、PCR-CMV-DNA转阴率分别为90%和83.3%。结论更昔洛韦、黄芪注射液联合治疗婴儿CMV性肝炎有较好疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of ganciclovir and astragalus on infants with cytomegalovinus(CMV) hepatitis.Methods Liver function,size of liver and spleen before and after treatment and negative rates of detected marks about CMV were retrospectively studied.Results Liver function,size of liver and spleen were improved after treatment(P<(0.05)).Negative rate of CMV-IgM,PCR-CMV-DNA was 90% and 83.3% respectively.Conclusions Combination of ganciclovir and astragalus is effective on infants with cytomegalovirus hepatitis. |
