| 摘 要： | 生物类似药是在质量、安全性和有效性方面与已获准注册的参照药具有相似性的治疗用生物制品,因其价格优势明显而能更好地满足公众对生物治疗产品的需求。目前,我国已上市了利妥昔单抗、贝伐珠单抗和阿达木单抗的生物类似药,而针对这类上市药物实施的风险管理则成为保障其安全有效使用的关键。本文深入讨论了生物类似药的风险特征、国内外上市后风险管理的现状和挑战,并提出一些建议以期为推进我国生物类似药的风险管理工作提供参考。
