医院体检中心健康管理一体化服务模式要点和实施方法探讨

目的:探讨医院体检中心健康管理一体化服务模式实施效果和实施要点。方法:选择2018年7月至2019年6月在本院体检中心体检的受检者作为研究对象,其中2019年1月至2019年6月实施一体化健康管理,为观察组;2018年7月至2018年12月未实施一体化健康管理,为对照组。观察两组体检者体检时间、体检质量、体检服务态度、体检满意度评分、体检后3个月肥胖、高血压、糖尿病、高脂症等控制率。结果:观察组体检时间低于对照组,差异有统计学意义;观察组服务态度、体检满意度和体检质量VAS评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义。两组体检者肥胖、高血压、糖尿病、高脂血症等发生率相比较差异均无统计学意义。观察组肥胖、高血压、糖尿病、高脂血症等控制率均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论:医院体检中心健康管理一体化服务可提高体检质量,改善健康干预效果,信息化支持是实现健康管理一体化的重点环节。

Discussing The Key Points and Implementation Methods of Integrated Health Management Service Mode in Hospital Physical Examination Center

Objective To explore the effect and key points of integrated health management service mode in hospital physical examination center. Methods The subjects who were examined in the physical examination center from July 2018 to June 2019 were included,among which the group carried out integrated health management was taken as the observation group. The indexes of physical examination time,physical examination quality,physical examination service attitude,physical examination satisfaction score,control rates of obesity,hypertension,diabetes and hyperlipidemia were observed in observation and control groups. Results The time of physical examination in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group. And the scores of service attitude,satisfaction and VAS score of physical examination quality in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group. There had no significant difference in incidence of obesity,hypertension,diabetes and hyperlipidemia between these two groups. The control rates of obesity,hypertension,diabetes and hyperlipidemia in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group. Conclusion The integrated health management service in hospital physical examination center can improve the quality of physical examination and effect of health intervention. The key link to realize the integrated health management service is informationization support.
