摘    要:目的:探讨正念认知训练对大学生问题性移动社交网络使用的干预效果。方法:筛选出具有问题性移动社交网络使用行为者60人为研究对象并将其随机分为干预组和对照组,对干预组实施团体正念认知训练,对照组不接受任何处理。采用五因素心智觉知量表(FFMQ)、孤独感问卷(UCLA)、多维状态无聊量表(MSBS)和交往焦虑量表(IAS)进行干预过程评估,采用问题性移动社交网络使用行为评估问卷(AQPMS)进行干预效果评估。结果:干预后,干预组在SQPMS筛查率由100.0%下降到33.3%,且FFMQ总分显著高于干预前,UCLA总分、MSBS总分、IAS总分、AQPMS总分显著均低于干预前;干预组FFMQ总分显著高于对照组,UCLA总分、MSBS总分、IAS总分、AQPMS总分均显著低于对照组。结论:团体正念认知训练能有效改善大学生问题性移动社交网络使用,并能降低负性情绪对个体的消极影响。

Study of Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy on the Problematic Mobile Social Network Usage of College Students

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of mindfulness based cognitive therapy on the problematic mobile social network usage of college students. Methods There were sixty problematic users of mobile social networks were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into intervention group and control group. The intervention group received group mindfulness cognitive training and the control group did not receive any treatment. The intervention process was evaluated by five facet mindfulness questionnaire(FFMQ),loneliness questionnaire(UCLA-3),multidimensional state boredom scale(MSBS),interpersonal anxiety scale(IAS),and the effect was evaluated by problematic mobile social network assessment questionnaire(PMSAQ). Results After intervention,the screening rate of PMSSQ in intervention group decreased from 100.0% to 33.3%,and the total score of FFMQ after intervention was higher than that before intervention,the total score of UCLA,MSBS,IAS and AQPMS were lower than that before intervention. The FFMQ total score of intervention group was higher than that of control group,UCLA total score,MSBS total score,IAS total score and AQPMS total score were lower than that of control group. Conclusion Mindfulness based cognitive therapy can effectively improve problematic mobile social network usage,and reduce the negative impact of negative emotions on individuals.
