人龋病牙髓中P物质阳性神经纤维的免疫组化研究

摘    要:目的:研究人龋病发病过程中牙髓P物质阳性神经纤维(Substance P SP)的变化特点,以了解牙髓局部免疫系统如何参与牙髓的各种病理改变,为临床选择保存活髓时机提供理论基础。方法:用免疫组织化学染 色法标记不同程度的龋病牙髓中SP并进行定量研究。结果:各组牙髓中均存在SP阳性神经纤维,且数量随龋病进展而增多,各组间比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:龋坏早期,牙髓SP神经纤维对龋源性刺激做出了反应,随着龋坏的发展局部免疫应答增强。提示SP阳性神经纤维可能参与了牙髓的炎症和修复过程。

Abstract:Objective:The article studies the change of substance P in human dental pulp of carious teeth,To observe local immune defense mechanisms,This providing theoretical basis for clinical selection of the suitable time to keep pulp vital.Methods: The substance P is immunohistochemically examined with SP anti-rabbit monoclonal antibodies,The number of positively stained fibers is counted and statistically analyzed.Results:Nornal pulpal tissue and the dental carious pulp groups all show SP positive fibers,the number of SP positive fibers is different between groups( P <0 05).Conclusions:In the early stage of caries,The SP has potential of actively responding to carious-derived stimuli,the intensity of local immune response increase strongly during the carious process.The results suggest that SP may play a role in the inflammation and repair of dental pulp.
