瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚静脉全麻在小儿整形手术中的应用体会

目的探讨瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚静脉全麻用于小儿整形手术的麻醉效果。方法将2012年6月-2014年10月收治的50例整形手术患儿按随机数字表法随机分为试验组(25例)和对照组(25例),试验组应用瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚静脉全麻,对照组应用异氟醚吸入全麻,对比两组麻醉效果。结果试验组患儿自主呼吸恢复时间为(3.95±1.23)min,拔管时间为(7.12±1.63)min,意识恢复时间为(9.51±1.65)min,躁动、恶心、呕吐等不良反应发生率为4.0%,以上数据与对照组相比,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚静脉全麻应用于小儿整形手术,效果满意,值得推广。

Application Experience of Remifentanil Combined with Propofol for Intravenous Anesthesia in the Pediatric Plastic Surgery

Objective To explore the anesthetic effect of Remifentanil combined with Propofol for intravenous anesthesia in the pediatric plastic surgery. Methods Fifty children patients receiving plastic surgeries between June 2012 and October 2014 were divided randomly into a test group (n=25) and a control group (n=25) according to the random number table. Remifentanil combined with Propofol was used in the test group for general anesthesia while Isoflurane was inhaled for general anesthesia in the control group, comparing the anesthetic effects of the two groups. Results In the test group, the autonomous respiration recovery time, extubation time and consciousness recovery time of the children patients were (3.95±1.23)min, (7.12±1.63)min and (9.51±1.65)min respectively, and the occurrence rate of adverse reactions such as restless, nausea and vomiting and etc. was 4.0%. All these data were significant in statistics as compared with that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Remifentanil combined with Propofol for intravenous anesthesia in the pediatric plastic surgery can realize satisfying treatment efficacy, deserving to be promoted extensively.
