| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨中药凉血活血汤治疗寻常性银屑病疗效。方法：应用凉血活血汤对140例寻常性银屑病患者进行临床治疗观察,用放射免疫法检测部分患者血清肿瘤坏死因子（TNF-α）水平。结果：凉血活血汤总有效率为86.43%,与对照组差异无显著性（P＞0.05),患者血清TNF-α水平疗后降低。结论：凉血活血汤是治疗银屑病的有效方剂。疗后患者血清TNF-α水平有所下降。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the efficacy of LiangXueHuoXueTang(LXHXT) decoction in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris. Methods Lesions and serum level of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) of patients with psoriasis were compared before and after treatment with LXHXT decoction. Results The total effective rate of LXHXT was 86.3 %, no significant difference as compared with that of control group. Serum level of TNF-α of patients improved significantly after treatment. Conclusion Psoriasis vulgaris responds to LXHXT decoction, the mechanism of which seems to be mediated by TNF-α. |
