| Abstract: | A 13 years boy presented with a painless hard and fixed swelling in occipital region for the last three months. Plain X-ray, CT scan and MRI showed an expansile multi loculated cystic lesion in occipital bone. Histopathological examination revealed it to be an aneurysmal bone cyst. Treatment of choice is surgery. However, radiotherapy may be helpful in incompletely excised lesions. |
