昏迷患者105例临床分析

目的总结昏迷患者的救治经验,提高对该病的抢救成功率。方法回顾性分析该院105例昏迷患者资料,总结昏迷原因,统计入院确诊时间,有无误诊,对不同患者的救治措施是否及时合理。结果 105例患者,治疗后好转或治愈95例,死亡10例,病因构成主要为脑血管意外39例（37.1%）、急性中毒28例（26.7%）、代谢性疾病25例（23.8%）、严重创伤9例（8.6%）及其他4例（3.8%）,中毒患者中吸毒中毒13例。结论昏迷患者病因复杂,易误诊,应详细询问病史,认真全面的查体,必要和及时的辅助检查,综合考虑,才能提高确诊率。

Clinical analysis of 105 cases with coma

Aim To summarize the experience of treatment on patients with coma,and to improve the understanding of this kind of disease.Methods The data of 105 cases with coma were analyzed retrospectively,and the causes of coma were classified.Results There were 95 cases improved or cured,seven cases dead.The causes included cerebral accident 39 cases(37.1%),acute intoxication 28 cases(26.7%),metabolic disease 25 cases(23.8%),severe trauma 9 cases(8.6%),and others 4 cases(3.8%).In poisoning cases,there were 13 cases of drug taking.Conclusion For patients with coma,the causes are complex,It is likely to misdiagnoze,so the definite diagnosis depend on synthesizing case history,all-round medical check-up,and the result of auxiliary examination.
