| 摘 要： | 探讨脑梗死患者血运重建前后的证候演变规律,为中医药干预脑梗死血运重建后并发症的辨证治疗提供思路和依据。方法:采用横断面调查研究方法,设计中风病中医证候调查表,分别对脑梗死患者血运重建治疗前后的不同时点进行前瞻性调查,系统研究脑梗死患者血运重建治疗前后的常见证候及其演变规律。结果:脑梗死患者血运重建治疗后,风、火、痰、瘀等邪实证候均呈下降趋势,而气虚、阴虚等本虚证候则呈明显上升趋势。结论:血运重建治疗在发挥袪除实邪(主要为血瘀、痰邪)作用的过程中,可能同时对人体正气产生了一定的损伤作用。
