| 摘 要： | 目的 观察针刀松解术配合腰椎牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法 500例均采用小针刀松解术治疗，每5-7天治疗1次；配合腰椎牵引，每周5次。结果 临床治愈438例（87．60％），显效34例（6．80％），好转24例（4.80％），无效4例（0．80％），总有效率99．20％。结论 针刀松解术配合腰椎牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效好，无并发症。

| Abstract: | Objective:Observe the curative effects of treating protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc by a combination acupotomy-relaxing operation with mechanical traction.Methods500 cases of protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc were treated by combining acupotomy operations in every 5 to 7 days with mechanical traction 5 times every week.Results 438 cases(87.60%)recovered completely;34cases(6.80%)have prominent effect while another 24cases(4.80%)are improving;only four cases(0.8%)show no effect.Therefore,the availability reaches 99.20%.Conclusions The therapy is very effective,and none of the patients have any complication. |
