胚胎胸腺腹腔注射减少小儿原发性肾病综合征复发的研究

对５１例采用标准泼尼松中长程疗法的肾病综合征患儿中的２６例加用胚胎胸腺腹腔注射作为治疗组，另２５例作为对照组，观察比较两组治疗半年、１年和随访３年的复发情况。结果表明：治疗组在各病期的复发次数、复发率均明显低于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１）。

Intraperitoneal Injection of Fetal Thymus for Reducing the Replapse of Idiopathic Nephrotic Syndrome

Of the 51 children with the idiopathic nephrotic syndrome treated by a middle or long term standard therapy of prednisolone,26 cases were also given the intraperitoneal injection of fetal thymus as the study group, while the rest of them remained as the control group. The recurrence after one half year and one year of treatment and three years of fllow-up in the two groups was observed and contrasted.The results showed that the frequency and the rate of recurrence in the study group were much lower than in the control group (P<0.01).
