| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨自制消银膏外用治疗银屑病的药效学机制。方法：采用鼠尾鳞片上皮一鼠阴道上皮实验模型，观察消银膏外用对上皮细胞分裂及表皮细胞分化的影响。结果：消银膏能显著抑制阴道上皮细胞有丝分裂及对鼠尾鳞片表皮颗粒层形成有显著促进作用。结论：消银膏为治疗银屑病的有效外用药物。

| Abstract: | Objective:To assess the pharmacodynamics of Xiaoyin-ointment in the treatment of psoriasis. Methods: The effect of the ointment on the epithelial mitosis and epidermal differentiation were detected using the mouse as experimental models. Results: Xiaoyin-ointment showed a remarkable inhibition effect on mouse vaginal epithelial mitosis and promoting effect on the formation of epidermal granular layer in the scals of mouse-tail. Conclusion: Xiaoyin-ointment is proved to be effective in the treatment of psoriasis in animal models. |
