MDM2与p53在卵巢上皮性肿瘤中的表达

目的]探讨MDM2、p53在卵巢癌发生中的作用.方法]用免疫组化SP法检测8例卵巢良性上皮性肿瘤、7例卵巢交界性上皮性肿瘤和19例卵巢癌中MDM2、p53蛋白的表达.结果]在卵巢良性上皮性肿瘤、卵巢交界性上皮性肿瘤和卵巢癌中,MDM2的阳性表达率分别为12.50%(1/8)、28.59%(2/7)和47.37%(9/19);p53的阳性表达率分别为25.00%(2/8)、57.14%(4/7)和78.95%(15/19).3组中,MDM2阳性表达率无显著性差异(P>0.05),而p53在卵巢癌中的阳性表达率显著高于卵巢良性上皮性肿瘤和交界性上皮性肿瘤(P<0.05).在卵巢癌中,p53与MDM2表达的阳性率不相关(P>0.05).结论]p53的异常表达与卵巢肿瘤的恶性表型相关.在卵巢癌的发生发展过程中,p53的异常表达比MDM2可能更有意义.

Expression of MDM2 and p53 in Ovarian Epithelial Tumors

To investigate the role of MDM2 and p53 in the pathogenesis and development of ovarian epithelial tumors. With immunohistochemistry,the expressions of p53 and MDM2 were observed in 8 cases with ovarian benign epithelial tumors,7 cases with border_ line epithelial tumors and 19 cases with malignant epithelial tumors. In ovarian benign epithelial tumors,borderline epithelial tumors and malignant epithelial tumors,the positive rates of MDM2 and p53 were 12.50% (1/8),28.59% (2/7) ,47.37% (9/19);and 25.00% (2/8), 57.14% (4/7), 78.95% (15/19),respectively.The positive detection of MDM2 between the three groups of ovarian tumors was not significantly different (P>0.05),but the expression of p53 in malignant epithelial tumors was significantly higher than those in the other groups (P<0.05).In the malignant epithelial tumors,there was no significant association between p53 and MDM2 expression (P>0.05).Conclusions] The expression of p53 correlates with the malignant phenotypes of ovarian epithelial tumors.In the pathogenesis and development of malignant ovarian epithelial tumors,the abnormal expression of p53 may be more significant than that of MDM2.
