摘    要:半体外培养的人胚成骨细胞(OB)与羟磷灰石生物陶瓷(HA)、钛合金(TI)两种骨替代材料共同培养,在既定时间内观察两种骨替代材料对成骨细胞生长、附着的结果。结果:HA,TI两种骨替代材料对成骨细胞生长无明显抑制或促进作用,它们皆能使OB附着于各自材料表面,分泌形成胶原纤维样基质。

Abstract:Osteoblast cells derived from human fetal calvarium were cultured with substitutes for bone tissue, such as hydrozyapatite(HA) and titanium(TI). The proliferation and attachment of cell were observed in certain time. The results showed that both HA and TI had no obvious effect on the proliferation of the cells. Both materials could promote the migration and attachment of osteoblasts to them, then the cells produced collagen fibrils like matrix on the surfaces of both materials. The mineral deposition on the matrix was found in HA group, but not in TI group. The results suggested that HA was more biocompatible to osteoblast cells than TI and was a better substitute for bone tissue.
