扑尔敏佐治小儿呼吸道感染的临床探讨

目的　探讨扑尔敏佐治小儿呼吸道感染时的临床应用价值。方法　选择小儿呼吸道感染 80 0例 ,随机分成两组 ,一组用扑尔敏 ,另一组不用 ,其它治疗相同 ,进行比较观察。结果　扑尔敏治疗组疗效明显优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　扑尔敏佐治小儿呼吸道感染有效 ,尤其在退热、止咳、平喘和肺部罗音消失及缩短疗程等方面疗效明显 ,有临床应用价值

Clinical Application of Chlorpheniramine Maleate in Helping Treat Children's Infection of Respiratory Tract

Objective To explore the clinical values of Chlorpheniramine maleatein helping treat children's infection of respiratory tract. Methods Eight hundredcases with children's infection of respiratory tract were divided into two groups at random, the comparative observation was conducted between the group used chlorpheniramine maleate and the other group not used, and other treatments ofthe two groups were same. Resusts The curative effect ofthe group used chlorpheniramine maleate was obviously better than the group not used (p<0.05).Conclusion Chlorpheniramine maleate is effectve in helping treat children'sinfecton of respiratory tract, esp.in the curative effect on antitussis, antiasthma, the abolition of lung raled and the shortening of the course of treatment.
