2000～2010年安徽宣州区新田镇血吸虫病疫情

目的 分析宣州区新田镇血吸虫病疫情,为科学制定和实施“十二五”血吸虫病防治规划提供依据.方法 收集宣州区新田镇2000～2010年血吸虫病防治螺、病情资料,分析全区血吸虫病流行态势、疫情分布.结果 2000～2010年,人群感染率发生2000的高峰后又出现三次波动,分别在2003年、2005年和2009年,但总体呈下降趋势.急感病例仅在2000年出现1例,其他年份均无急感发生.钉螺面积在2000～2003年间较稳定,2004年出现回升,2007年出现小波动.结论 11年来,新田镇人群感染率总体呈下降趋势,已控制在较低水平；但钉螺面积复现,致使总面积增加,形势严峻.提示全区血防工作要结合疫情特点,加强钉螺的监控,做好区域性防治规划,确保防治成果.

Analysis on endemic situation of schistosomiasis from 2000 to 2010 in Xintian Town, Xuanzhou District

Objective To analyze the endemic situation of schistosomiasis in Xintian Town, and provide scientific basis for making out control strategies for the Twelfth Five Years Plan. Methods The data of endemic situation of schistosomiasis and snail distribution from 2000 to 2010 were collected and analyzed. Results The infection rate of people showed a declining trend generally with several fluctuations appeared in 2003, 2005 and 2009. Only one acute case occurred in 2000. The areas of snail were stable from 2000 to 2003, rebounded in 2004, and fluctuated in a certain scope in 2007. Conclusion The endemic situation of schistosomiasis in Xintian Town has been controlled in a lower level in these years, but the snail areas increased for the reappearance of snail. It suggested that snail surveillance should be strengthened and the regional control plan should be made earnestly to consolidate control achievement in Xuanzhou District.
