2010年云南大理州血吸虫病疫情监测分析

目的 了解云南大理州2010年血吸虫病疫情现状、评价防治效果,为今后的防治工作提供参考.方法 制定《大理州血吸虫病监测方案》,按要求开展疫情监测工作.结果 全州共确定7个疫情监测点,分布于5个血吸虫病重点流行县(市),监测点的居民感染率0.68％；家畜平均感染率0.49％；钉螺面积176044m2,活螺平均密度0.1773只/0.11m2),未发现感染性钉螺.结论 大理州2010年的血吸虫病疫情总体上仍处于较低水平,但在少数局部地区疫情出现小幅波动,应引起重视.

Surveillance of schistosomiasis in Dali prefecture, 2010

Objective To understand the endemic situation of schistosomiasis and evaluate the control effect in Dali prefecture, and provide reference for schistosontiasis control in the future. Methods The surveillance was carried out according to Schistosomiasis Monitoring Program in Dali prefecture. Results Seven surveillance points were set up in Dali prefecture, which distributed in five serious schistosomiasis endemic counties （cities）. The infection rate of residents was 0.68%. The average infection rate of livestock was 0.49%. The snail area was 176 044m2, and the mean density of living snails was 0A773/0Alm2. No infected snails were found. Conclusion The endemic situation of schistosomiasis in Dali was still at a low level in 2010 generally, but it should be paid more attention that slight fluctuations of the prevalence appeared in some areas.
