军队人事干部能力模型构建

摘    要:军队人事干部担负着选人、用人、育人的特殊使命,人事干部队伍能力建设,事关军队干部队伍建设整体质量,进而影响我军建设和发展大局。本文依据人事干部具体职责和任务,对军队人事干部能力模型的构建进行初步探讨,以助益于人事干部的任用、考核和培训等工作制度化、具体化,使其更具可操作性。

Abstract:The army personnel cadres undertake the task of electing, employing and educating high - quality talents. The ability of personnel cadres is related to the armed forces overall quality of personnel, which also affects the overall situation of our military construction and development. Resting on the cadres'oncrete responsibility and duty, in this article the author carries on the preliminary probe into the army cadres' ability model construction, which is helpful for the application of army personnel cadres'assign, inspection and training, and makes it feasible in use
