The hexagonal technique for mastopexy and reduction mammoplasty

A surgical technique for mastopexy with or without augmentation mammoplasty and for reduction mammoplasty of midl degree of macromastia is descirbed. A hexagonal-shaped marking is used and varied in size according to the required amount of tissue to be removed. The approach combines modifications of many methods reported by several authors in the past.
