| 摘 要： | 目的观察球囊扩张支架植入术治疗症状性基底动脉狭窄的疗效及安全性。方法应用Apollo支架治疗18例症状性基底动脉严重狭窄（〉70%）患者,术后平均随访11个月,以改良Rankin量表（mRS）评分为基础评价治疗效果。结果对所有患者均成功植入支架,16例患者临床症状得到不同程度改善;18例中,14例mRS评分≤2分,4例mRS评分〉2分。结论球囊扩张支架植入术治疗症状性基底动脉狭窄安全、有效。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the safety and effectiveness of balloon expandable Apollo stent for the treatment of symptomatic basilar artery stenosis.MethodsEighteen patients with symptomatic basilar artery stenosis(all >70%) were treated with Apollo stent.The mean time of clinical follow-up was 11 months.Clinical evaluation was performed based on the modified Rankin Scale(mRS).ResultsThe stent placement was technically successful in all 18 patients.Clinical symptoms were improved in 16 patients after stenting.The mRS scores of 14 patients after stenting were ≤2,while of 4 patients were >2.ConclusionBalloon expandable Apollo stent placement is a safe and efficacious alternative for the treatment of symptomatic basilar stenosis. |
