摘    要:目的探讨重组人促红细胞生成素(rHuEPO)对肾缺血再灌注损伤的作用。方法复制大鼠肾缺血再灌注损伤模型,将Wistar大鼠随机分为假手术组,肾IR组,rHuEPO处理组(于再灌注开始前给予rHuE-PO),观察肾组织中内二醛(MDA)含量、肾功能改变以及组织形态学变化。结果与肾IR组相比,rHuEPO能显著降低肾组织中MDA含量(P<0.05),使肾缺血再灌注损伤大鼠肾功能及组织学改变得到明显改善(P<0.05)。结论rHuEPO可能通过抑制氧自由基导致的脂质过氧化反应减轻肾缺血再灌注损伤。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of recombinant human erythropoietin(rHuEPO) on renal ischimia-reperfusion injury in rats.Methods The ischemia-reperfusion rat model was induced and Wistar rats were diveded into three group:sham operation group,renal IR group,erythropoietin treatment group.In the EPO treatment group,rHuEPO was intravenously administrated before reperfusion.We observed tissue malondialdehyde(MDA) contens and renal function and histopathological damages.Results Compared with renal ischemia-reperfusion group,admintistation of rHuEPO significantly reduced tissuemalondialdehyde contents(P<0.05) and ameliorated tenal dysfunction and celluar damages(P<0.05).Conclusion rHuEPO treatment may attenuate renal ischemia-reperfusion injury through depression of lipid peroxidation.
