| 摘 要： | 目的:研究香砂六君丸调节高血脂模型大鼠抗氧化的作用。方法:通过灌胃高脂乳剂复制大鼠高血脂模型。观察香砂六君丸灌胃给药前、后对大鼠血清血脂水平、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性和丙二醛(MDA)的含量变化。结果:香砂六君子丸能抑制高血脂模型大鼠血清总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白、高密度脂蛋白的浓度并能提高高血脂模型大鼠血清SOD活性和降低MDA的含量(P<0.01)。结论:香砂六君丸具有降低血脂和抗衰老作用,可为临床应用提供理论依据。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE: To explore the antioxdant action of Xiangsha liujun pill in hyperlipidemia model rats. METHODS: Hyperlipidemia model was established by intragastric administrating emulsion in rats. The levels of blood lipids, serum SOD activity and MDA content in rats before and after intragastric administration of Xiangsha liujun pill were measured. RESULTS: Xiangsha liujun pill markedly inhibited the concentrations of serum total cholesterol (TC), trglyceride (TG), low-density lipoprotein (LDL) and high-density lipoprotein (HDL), promoted the activity of SOD and decreased the content of MDA (P<0.01). CONCLUSION: Xiangsha liujun pill can down-regulate blood lipids and it has anti-aging effect. The results provides theoretic basis for clinical medication. |
