| 摘 要： | 目的了解湖北省学生生活质量的总体情况和城乡之间的差异,为进一步采取干预措施提供依据。方法采用分层整群抽样方法,对湖北省城乡中小学生2036名利用《儿童少年生活质量量表》进行生活质量测查。结果湖北省城、乡学生生活质量总分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但在活动能力、作业态度、自我概念、亲子关系、同伴关系等维度和生理健康状况及社会功能状况2个方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论湖北省城乡学生生活质量在许多维度和方面存在差异。在提高学生的生活质量时,应针对城乡采取不同措施。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the differences of students' quality of life(QOL) between city and countryside, and to provide bases for the further intervention measures. Methods A questionnaire survey on QOL was conducted to a clustered stratified sample of 2 036 students of rural or urban in Hubei. Results There were no statistical significance of students' QOL between city and countryside in Hubei(P>0.05), but statistical significance were found in ability of activity, attitude toward assignment, self-conception, the relationship between parent and child, the relationship of companion, physiology health and society function of QOL(P<0.05). Conclusion There are significant difference of QOL between the rural and the urban in many dimensions and aspects. Different measures should be taken to improve their quality of life. |
