国家中医临床研究基地业务建设及运行模式的内容及体会

为了鼓励、保护和扶持中医药事业的发展,国家设立专项,投入资金建设国家中医临床研究基地。其目标是通过加大投入,改善条件,深化改革,创新机制,逐步建立起符合中医药发展规律的临床科研创新平台。为了保障基地业务建设,我院加大了投入的力度,重点体现在人才培养、网络中心、检验中心、影像中心、伦理平台、实验室建设等,并探索总结与之相匹配的运行模式。经过几年的努力,基地建设初具规模,并发现顶层设计、领导重视、经费支持、团结协作对于基地的建设发展尤为重要。

Contents and Experiences of National Traditional Chinese Medicine Clinical Research Base Construction and Operation Mode

In order to encourage the development of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), the state has set up a special project and funds to construct the National TCM Clinical Research Base. The goal is to establish a regular line with the development of TCM clinical research and innovation platform gradually. Ensuring the project proceeds successfully, we have taken a series of initiatives that include the personnel training, the establishment of the network center, medical diagnostic centre, imaging centre, ethical platform and the laboratory. Also, we have explored the operation mode which matches the construction. During the process of construction, we have found that four elements are particularly important for the base development, which are top-level design, leadership's attention, financial support, solidarity and cooperation.
