35例口腔内用药的不良反应分析

目的探讨口腔科口腔内用药的不良反应发生原因与规律,为临床安全用药提供参考。方法对我院2009年6月1日～2012年10月30日期间住院和门诊患者的口腔内局部用药不良反应病例进行统计分析。结果 35例口腔内用药不良反应涉及5种药品;阿替卡因肾上腺素注射液占75%;单项用药占88.57%;85.71%的不良反应发生在用药后3天内;不良反应主要有18种临床表现。结论口腔内用药有局限性,用药剂量小,不良反应相对较轻,虽然安全性较高,但应注意预防感染。

Analysis of 35 Cases of Adverse Drug Reaction Induced by Intra-oral Medication

Objective To discuss the adverse drug reaction（ADR） induced by dentistry intra-oral medication,and to provide the reference for clinical medication safety.Methods ADR reports of inpatient and outpatient at our hospital were statistically analyzed since June 2009 to October 2012.Results 35 cases of intra-oral medication adverse reaction were involved in 5 kinds of medicines.Articaine hydrochloride and epinephrine tartrate injection accounted for 75%.Single medication accounted for 88.75%.85.71% adverse reactions happened in 3 days.There were 18 kinds of clinical manifestations.Conclusion Intra-oral medication has limitations,small doses,and adverse reaction happened less.Despite the higher security,attention to should be paid prevent infection.
