摘    要:目的:采用HPLC-DAD-ELSD建立石斛指纹图谱,并对金钗、鼓槌、叠鞘、细茎和反瓣等5种石斛的指纹图谱进行对比研究。方法:采用Dikma C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-0.5%冰乙酸水溶液,梯度洗脱,柱温30℃,流速1 mL·min-1,DAD串联蒸发光散射检测器检测。结果:建立5种石斛的HPLC指纹图谱,并标定9个指纹峰,5种石斛相似度较低。结论:建立的指纹图谱方法稳定、可靠、重现性好,可直接反映石斛品种与化学成分变化的关系。
