27844例细菌性阴道病临床检查的结果分析

目的 分析细菌性阴道病的发病率和发病特点.方法 回顾性分析一年间的阴道分泌物常规检查和细菌性阴道病检查结果.结果 BV的发病率为32.2%,在冬夏半年的发病率没有差别（P＞0.05） BV阳性病例中,单纯感染占57.0%,复合感染占43.0%.结论 BV的发病率较高,全年均可感染,复合感染占相当的比例,应当重视和加强对BV的检查和防治.

Analysis on clinical examination results of 27, 844 cases of bacterial vaginosis results

Objective To analyze the incidence rate and morbidity characteristics of bacterial vaginosis (BV). Methods A retrospective analysis was carried out to investigate vaginal secretitions year rourine examination and test results of bactcterial vaginosis. Results The incidence rate of BV was 32.2%,but there was no statistical difference in the incidence rate in the winter and summer months (P＞ 0.05);Among the BV-positive cases, a simple infection accounted for 57.0%, and 43.0% for the complex infection.Conc The incidence rate of BV is quite high, and can be infected throughout the year with a considerable proportion of complex infection, thus, inspection and control to BV should be emphasized and strengthened.
