1430株细菌的药敏试验

摘    要:目的:了解重庆住院患儿分离出细菌的药敏情况。方法:用Kirby-Bauer扩散法作药敏试验。结果:对786株 G-细菌最敏感的是泰能(亚胺培南-西司他丁),福氏志贺氏菌、催娩克雷伯菌、鲍曼不动杆菌、洛菲不动杆菌均100%敏感,大肠杆菌95.9%敏感,肺炎克雷伯菌90%.2%敏感,绿脓杆菌84.2%敏感,对阿米卡星、环丙沙星及第三代头孢菌素也较敏感,氨苄西林的敏感率均<40%。对644株G+细菌最敏感的是万古霉素,金葡菌、表萄菌、屎肠球菌、人型葡萄球菌、模仿葡萄球菌均100%敏感,对粪肠球菌97.9%敏感,溶血葡萄球菌87.5%敏感,其他较敏感的药物有呋喃妥因、环丙沙星、氧氟沙星、诺氟沙星,其次是复方新诺明。结论:1999年重庆住院患儿分离出的1430株细菌,对G-细菌最敏感的是泰能;对G+细菌最敏感的是万古霉素。

Abstract:Objective: To detect the sensitivity of bacteria isolated from patients admitted to Children's Hospital in 1999. Method:Agar disk diffusion method (Bauer-Kirby method) was used. Results: Tienam was the most sensitive drug to 786 strains G- bacteria. S.flexneri, K.oxytoca, A.baumanii, A.lwoffi,were all100% sensitive. E.coli was 95.9% sensitive, K.pneumonia was 90.2% sensitive, P.aeurogenosa was 84.2% sensitive. G- bacteria were also rather sensitive to amikacin, ciprofloxacin and the third generation of cephlosporins, but the sensitivity rates to aminopenicillin was <40%.Vancomycin was the most sensitive drug to 644 strains G+ bacteria. S.aureus, S.spidermidis, E.faecium, S.homo-nis, S.simulans were all 100% sensitive. E.facecalis was 97.9% sensitive, S.hemolyticus was 87.5% sensitive. G+ bacteria were also rather sensitive to furadantin,ciprofloxime,ofoloxacin and SMZ-TMP. Conclusions: 1430 strains bacteria isolated from patients admitted to childem's hospital in 1999 were deteted by Bauer-Kirby method. The most sensitive drug to 786 strains G- bacteria was tienam and the most sensitive drug to 644 strains G+ bacteria was vancomycin.
