鼻腔和鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤（附46例临床分析）

内翻性乳头状瘤被认为是一种界限性肿瘤,术后容易复发和恶变．本文报道４６例鼻腔和鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤,恶变１２例,占２６．１％．内翻性乳头状瘤最好的治疗方法是广泛的手术切除,本组４５例行鼻侧切开鼻腔、鼻窦肿瘤广泛切除术,仅１例经鼻腔行肿瘤切除术,１２例术后复发,复发率为２６．１％,其中良性内翻性乳头状瘤８例,恶性变４例．本文还就有关内翻性乳头状瘤的病因、发病情况、临床表现及其有关手术治疗等进行了讨论．

Inverted Papilloma in the Nasal Cavity and Nasal Sinuses -Analysis of 46 Cases

inverted papilloma is cons idered as"intermediate" tumor. 46 pat lents with inverted papilloma of the nasal cavity and nasal sinuses were treated in our hospital from 1966 to 1993. Among them, 32 were males and 14 were females. The male-female ratio was 2. 3: 1, ranging in age from 23 to 71 years. The average age was 48 years. The median age was 50 years. The course of disease was from 1 month to 40 years, average6 years. The incidence of canceration of papilloma was 26. 1 % (12/46). The best treatment of papilloma was aggressive remova 1. 45 cases were treated through lateral rhinotomy with wide excision and only one patient was treated with limited excision of inverted papilloma by intranasal approach and radiat ion after operation. There was recurrence in 12 cases (26. 1 % ) from 1 to 20 years of fol low-up in our series. Among them there was & cases of benign papilloma and 4 cases of malignant. The etiology,of mical symptoms and method of surgical treatment were discussed.
