围手术期全程护理干预防治鞍区肿瘤术后并发症

目的研究鞍区肿瘤术前评估与术后并发症发生的相关性，探讨鞍区肿瘤围手术期预见性护理干预的意义。方法回顾性分析72例鞍区肿瘤术前评估与并发症发生的相关性，总结鞍区肿瘤围手术期预见性护理干预和体会。结果术后出现尿崩症31例（43．06％），水电解质平衡紊乱27例（37．50％）。术后尿崩症和水电解质平衡紊乱的发生与肿瘤性质、大小，术前有无内分泌紊乱、视野和手术入路有明确相关性（P〈0．01）。结论实施术前评估、全程跟踪、预见性干预护理，可以及时、有效防治鞍区肿瘤术后并发症的发生。

Perioperative Nursing Intervention in Prevention of Postoperative Complications in Sellar Tumors

Objective To explore the correlation between preoperative evaluation and postoperative complications in sellar tumors and to study the significance of predictive nursing intervention in perioperative period of sellar tumors. Methods The correlation of preoperative evaluation and postoperative complications in 72 cases of sellar tumors were retrospectively analyzed and the predictive nursing intervention and its experiences were summarized. Results There were postoperative diabetes insipidus in 31 cases（43.06% ）, postoperative electrolyte disturbances in 27 cases（37.50% ）. The occurrence of postoperative diabetes insipidus and electrolyte disturbances was significantly correlated with the factors such as tumors nature and size, preoperative endocrine disturbances, electrolyte disturbances, surgical field and operative approach（ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion The preoperative evaluation, whole range and predictive nursing intervention could effectively prevent and cure postoperative complications of sellar tumors in time.
