| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨经尿道前列腺电切术 (TURP)治疗良性前列腺增生的临床效果及安全性。方法 :对 34例患者进行经尿道前列腺电切术 (TURP)。结果 :一次电切者 33例 ,二次电切 1例 ,术后平均随访 13个月 ,排尿通畅。结论 :高危病人不是 TURP的绝对禁忌证。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of TURP on patients with BPH.Methods 34 high-risk patients with BPH were treated by TURP and have been follow up for an average of 1~3 months.Results Satisfactory result has been achieved in all.only one patient needed a second surgical procedure.Conclusions The high-risk patients with BPH are not on absolute contraindication. |
