尼美舒利干悬混剂联合利多卡因胶浆在人工流产术中的应用

目的探讨尼美舒利干悬混剂联合利多卡因胶浆在人工流产中的应用效果及安全性。方法选择2014年1月至2015年5月东莞市长安医院妇科门诊要求人工流产妇女300例,将其分为3组,每组各100例,A组(观察组)采用尼美舒利干悬混剂联合利多卡因胶浆;B组采用静脉全麻(丙泊酚注射液+酒石酸布托啡诺注射液);C组采用传统人工流产,不用任何药物。比较3组宫颈扩张、镇痛效果、出血量及人工流产综合反应。结果 A组宫颈扩张效果、镇痛效果及人工流产综合反应情况与C组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.017);A组出血量与C组比较差异无统计学意义(P0.017)。A组和B组镇痛有效率分别为92%、100%,宫颈扩张显效率分别为81%、17%,人工流产综合反应发生率分别为19%、86%,出血量分别为[(14.40±2.69)m L、(25.13±2.42)m L](P0.017)。结论尼美舒利干悬混剂联合利多卡因胶浆应用于人工流产安全有效,值得临床进一步应用和开展。

Clinical observation of Nimesulide for suspension combined with Lidocaine mucilage in the application of the induced abortion operation

Objective ToevaluatethesafetyandeffectivenessofNimesulideforSuspensioncombinedwithLidocainemucilage intheapplicationoftheinducedabortionoperation.Methods 300pregnatwomenunderwentinducedabortionvoluntarilyinthe gynecological clinic of Changan Hospital of Dongguan City from Jan. 2014 to May 2015 were chosen. All cases were randomly divided into observation group ( group A ) which took Nimesulide for suspension combined with Lidocaine mucilage in the induced abortion operation, control group ( group B) which took total intravenous anesthesia with Propofol Injection and Butorphanol Tartrate Injection and another control group( group C) which received the traditional induced abortion operation without drugs. The effect of abirritation, cervical dilatation, intraoperative blood loss, and adverse reaction rate were observed. Effect of abirritation, cervical dilatation, intraoperativebloodlossandcomprehensivereactionoftwogroupswerecompared.Results Thereweresignificantdifferencesinthe effect of abirritation, cervical dilatation and rate of comprehensive reaction from induced abortion operation between group A and group C (P<0. 017). There were no significant differences in intraoperative blood loss between group A and group C (P>0. 017). Rates of abirritation efficiency of group A and group B were 92% and 100% respectively. There were significant differences in the effect of abirritation between group A and group B. Remarkable effective rate of cervical dilatation of group A and group B were 81% and 17%. Rates of comprehensive reaction from induced abortion operation of group A and group B were 19% and 86%. Intraoperative blood loss of group A and group B were(14. 40 ± 2. 69)ml and (25. 13 ± 2. 42)ml. There were significant differences in the effect of cervical dilatation,the rate of comprehensive reaction from induced abortion operation and intraoperative blood loss between group A and group B (P<0.017,respectively).Conclusion ThesafetyandeffectivenessofNimesulideforsuspensioncombinedwithLidocainemucilage in the application of the induced abortion operation were satisfied, which was worth of clinical practice and further development.
