自制七味利湿散治疗小儿慢性腹泻的疗效观察

目的观察自制七味利湿散治疗小儿慢性腹泻的治疗效果。方法漯河市第二人民医院儿科2013年3月至2015年3月收治慢性腹泻患儿110例,随机分为观察组60例和对照组50例。对照组采取常规治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用中药七味利湿散治疗,治疗7d为1个疗程。观察记录两组患儿临床效果与不良反应发生率。结果观察组总有效率为96.7%(58/60),显著高于对照组82.0%(41/50),差异有统计学意义(P0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为1.7%(1/60),显著低于对照组12.0%(6/50),差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论中药七味利湿散治疗小儿慢性腹泻疗效确切,且安全性高。

Efficacy of homemade Qiwei Lishi powder on children with chronic diarrhea

Objective To observe the effect of homemade Qiwei Lishi powder on children with chron-ic diarrhea.Methods Totally 1 10 cases of chronic diarrhea treated in the Second People's Hospital of Luohe from March 2013 to March 201 5 were collected,and were randomly divided into observation group(60 cases) and the control group(50 cases).The control group received conventional treatment,and observation group were added traditional Chinese medicine Qiwei Lishi powder,7 d as a course of treatment.Two groups of children were recorded clinical effects and adverse reactions.Results The total effective rate was 96.7%(58/60)in obser-vation group,significantly higher than 82.0%(41/50)in control group,the difference being statistically significant (P <0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in observation group(1.7%,1/60)was significantly lower than the control group12.0%(6/50)],the difference being statistically significant(P < 0.05 ).Conclusion Qiwei Lishi powder is safe and effective in the treatment of children with chronic diarrhea.
