匹多莫德口服液治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染疗效观察

目的观察匹多莫德口服液治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法 2014年5月至2015年5月河南省台前县人民医院儿科收治住院的小儿反复呼吸道感染患者80例,随机分为对照组和观察组各40例。两组均给予常规治疗,观察组加用匹多莫德口服液,连续给药4周。检测血清白细胞介素6、γ干扰素、白细胞介素10水平;同时检测血清免疫球蛋白(IgA、IgG、IgE)水平;观察两组疗效及治疗1个月内感染次数、抗生素使用时间及感染消失时间情况。结果治疗后观察组总有效率为95.0%(38/40),显著高于对照组77.5%(31/40),差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗后观察组白细胞介素6、白细胞介素10水平显著低于对照组,γ干扰素显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗后观察组IgA、IgG水平显著高于对照组,IgE水平显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。观察组感染消失时间、感染次数、抗生素使用时间明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论小儿反复呼吸道感染采用匹多莫德治疗,疗效显著,具有推广价值

Clinical effect observation on Pidotimod solution in the treatment of children with recurrent respiratory infec-tion

Objective To study the clinical effect of Pidotimod solution in the treatment of children with recurrent respiratory infection.Methods Totally 80 children with recurrent respiratory infection trea-ted from May 2014 to May 201 5 in our hospital were selected.The patients were equally divided into control group and test group.Both groups received the conventional therapy.The test group was also given Pidoti-mod solution.The curative effect of two groups was observed.Results The curative effect of test group was better than control group(P <0.05).After treatment,the level of IL-6 and IL-10 in test group was much lower,while the level of IFN-γof test group was much higher(P <0.05).After treatment,the level of IgE of test group was much lower,while the level of IgA and IgG of test group was much higher(P <0.05).The time for infection to disappear,the infection frequency and the duration of antibiotic use were much shorter in the test group(P <0.05).Conclusion Pidotimod solution has an obvious effect on children with recurrent respiratory infection.It is worthy of promotion.
