因不同情况行宫颈环形电切术后的孕妇妊娠结局比较

目的探讨因不同情况行宫颈环形电切术(loop electrosurgical excision procedure,LEEP)后的孕妇妊娠结局。方法回顾性分析解放军五三七医院2009年1月至2015年5月收治的曾行宫颈LEEP术的孕妇267人的临床资料,因"宫颈柱状上皮异位"行LEEP术的225人为治疗A组,因"宫颈上皮内瘤变"(cervical intraepithelial neoplasia,CIN)行LEEP术的42人为治疗B组,同期未行宫颈物理治疗的100名孕妇为对照组,比较3组的先兆流产率、早产率、胎膜早破发生率、顺产率、分娩孕周、新生儿体重、产后出血发生率及顺产时宫颈裂伤发生率。结果 3组在先兆流产率、早产率、胎膜早破发生率、顺产率、分娩孕周、新生儿体重、产后出血发生率及顺产时宫颈裂伤发生率方面差异均无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论 "宫颈柱状上皮异位"和CIN患者行LEEP术后不会影响妊娠结局。

Comparison of pregnancy outcomes after loop electrosurgical excision procedure due to different conditions

Objective To investigate pregnancy outcomes after loop electrosurgical excision procedure due to different conditions.Methods The clinical data of 267 pregnant women who had been conducted loop electrosurgical excision procedure (LEEP) hospitalized in the military 537 hospital from January 2009 to May 2015 were analyzed retrospectively.In which 225 women adopted LEEP due to cervical columnar ectopy were selected as group A,42 patients of cervical intraepithelial neoplasis (CIN) were selected as group B,100 pregnant women who hadn't been treated with LEEP during the same time were selected as group C.The rate of threatened abortion,rate of preterm birth,occurrence rate of premature rupture of membranes,rate of vaginal delivery,pregnancy weeks,newborn weight,rate of postpartum hemorrhage,cervical laceration of three groups were compared.Results The rate of threatened abortion,rate of preterm birth,occurrence rate of premature rupture of membranes,rate of vaginal delivery,pregnancy weeks,newborn weight,rate of postpartum hemorrhage,cervical laceration of three groups had no significant differences (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion LEEP does not affect pregnancy outcomes.
