平腹散治疗小儿急性肠系膜淋巴结炎疗效观察

目的观察中药制剂平腹散1号、2号治疗小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎的疗效。方法将106例门诊患儿随机分为观察组和对照组各53例。观察组根据临床证型不同分别口服平腹散1号、平腹散2号;对照组口服阿奇霉素干混悬剂和阿昔洛韦缓释片。两组均7d为1个疗程,观察治疗效果及不良反应。结果观察组治愈率为77.36%(41/53),高于对照组50.94%(27/53),差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。观察组服平腹散2号的个别患儿服药数日后出现大便次数增多,疗程结束后即恢复正常。对照组个别患儿出现皮疹及胃肠道反应症状。结论平腹散治疗小儿急性肠系膜淋巴结炎疗效显著,无明显毒副反应,值得在临床推广应用。

Observation on the clinical effect of Pingfu powder in the treatment of acute mesenteric lymphadenitis in chil-dren

Objective To observe the curative effect of Pingfu powder (No.1 and No.2)in the treat-ment of children with mesenteric lymphadenitis.Methods A total of 106 children visiting the outpatient de-partment were randomly divided into two groups:observation group and control group,53 children in each group.For the observation group,Pingfu powder(No.1 and No.2)was taken orally respectively according to the different clinical syndrome.For control group,azithromycin suspension was given,and acyclovir sus-tained release tablets were also given.The treatment lasted 7 days for both groups as a course.Results The cure rate was 77.36%(41/53)for observation group and 50.94%(27/53)for control group,and there was statistical difference(P <0.05).Some children had more times of bowel movement after taking Pingfu pow-der(No.2)for several days in the observation group,but returned to normal after the treatment course. Some children in control group had skin rash and gastrointestinal symptoms.Conclusion Pingfu powder has significant effect in the treatment of children with acute mesenteric lymphadenitis,and it has no obvious ad-verse reactions,so it should be clinically promoted and used.
